My Dubai adventure started on a high note—literally. I checked into the Aura Skypool, the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool, perched atop the 50th floor of the The Palm Tower at Palm Jumeirah. This spot is not just for swimming; it’s an experience that offers breathtaking views of the city’s iconic skyline, including the Burj Khalifa in the distance. Floating in the warm waters while gazing at the sprawling cityscape was the perfect way to ease into the luxury of Dubai.

I visited the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, with its narrow lanes, wind-tower buildings, and old-world charm. The Dubai Museum gave me a deep dive into the city’s rich past, showcasing everything from ancient artifacts to Dubai’s transformation into the global hub it is today.

Whether lounging by the pool, savoring gourmet cuisine, or simply watching the world go by from the deck, a day aboard the Queen Elizabeth in Dubai was a perfect mix of relaxation, indulgence, and royal charm.
